During the call, we’ll discuss your business goals and challenges, and you'll have the opportunity to ask me any questions you have about my experience, my approach, or the services I offer. The call is an opportunity for both of us to determine if we're a good fit for each other and if my services can help you achieve your goals.
At the end of the call, we can discuss next steps. Usually, you’ll receive a summary of the call from me via email that also proposes possible approaches to address the pain points raised during the conversation. Based on that you can take your time to consider if you're interested in working together and get back to me when you're ready. Of course, I’ll be happy to answer any follow-up questions in regard to the summary.

Travel time is lost time that costs both of us. Most of my contributions can and should happen remotely or even asynchronously. Of course, there are certain activities and special situations that might require me to be on-site.
I always try to provide my services as efficiently and purposefully as possible, also because I regularly work for up to three clients at the same time. Therefore, I reserve and communicate the time allocated on a weekly basis and depending on the necessities of the current task, which usually does not exceed three full days per week.
